WhatsApp interactions: messages sent to our WhatsApp bot for stock queries and invoice uploads

To send alerts for low stock and expiring medicines via WhatsApp

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Hostinger KVM infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), JWT-based authentication with OTP verification for sensitive operations, and regular security reviews.

Invoice images and documents are stored securely on Amazon S3 with restricted access.

4. WhatsApp Data

When you interact with our WhatsApp bot (powered by Twilio), your phone number and message content are processed to provide stock query and invoice management services. We do not share your WhatsApp data with third parties except Twilio (our messaging provider) and Groq (our AI processing provider), both of which maintain their own privacy policies.

5. Google Sign-In

If you use "Sign in with Google", we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

Twilio – for WhatsApp messaging
Groq / OpenAI – for AI-powered invoice extraction and stock queries
Amazon Web Services – for file storage
Law enforcement when required by law

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at help@pharmastok.com.
