Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PharmaStok AI platform operated by PharmaStok AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using PharmaStok AI in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your pharmacy business to these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help@pharmastok.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
PharmaStok AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

While our AI-powered invoice extraction is highly accurate, you are responsible for verifying all extracted data before confirming it to your inventory. PharmaStok AI is a management tool and does not replace your professional judgment as a licensed pharmacist.
All content, features, and functionality of the PharmaStok AI platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of PharmaStok AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmaStok AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data from the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
